Situation overview
• Partners assessed 61,000 people affected by floods to be in need of humanitarian aid in six states. Needs assessments were still ongoing in accessible areas.
• Humanitarian partners completed registration of additional affected people in the Dorein area of Jonglei’s Pibor County, and reached nearly 8,200 individuals with food assistance in Labrab.
• Over 5,000 refugees have now moved to Ajoung Thok camp in Unity State, six months after the site opened to decongest the overcrowded and insecure Yida settlement.
