General Humanitarian Update
- Humanitarian partners and the Government of South Sudan (Relief and Recovery Commission) continue to respond to the flood affected population across the country.
- In Jonglei State, the International Humanitarian Partnership (IHP) Team and the Logistics Cluster completed the set-up of three humanitarian hubs. The Kongor hub was completed on 19 November, Labrab on 21 November and the Gumuruk hub completed on 26 November. Two of the hubs are currently operational (Gumuruk and Kongor) with the capacity to support up to 25 people in each location. The Labrab hub is in the process of being dismantled for deployment to another location once identified by the humanitarian community.
- The camp equipment provides clean drinking water, shower facilities, latrines, kitchen equipment, accommodation tents with individual mosquito domes and air mattresses, and communal tents for meeting/office space.
