The International Office for Migration will begin on Tuesdany transporting the over 500 returnees from Sudan who were trapped during the conflict in Malakal last week.
Speaking to Radio Miraya today in Juba, the Director General of IOM William Lacy Swing says several of the returnees were killed last week during the Malakal fighting.
“Several of them since they arrived there were killed and even injured by gun shots, that group we have the money from donors and that return operation will begin tomorrow on Tuesday.”
