Sudanese refugees in Maban County, Upper Nile State, have complained about living conditions including the lack of shelter and clean drinking water.
The complaints were raised during the visit of UN Humanitarian Coordinator Toby Lanzer to the camps.
Lanzer said the UN would work closely with other humanitarian partners to meet the needs of the refugees.
He also met with communities that are hosting the refugees in Doro camp to find out the challenges they face.
About 107,000 refugees are in Maban County after fleeing the rebellion in Sudan's Blue Nile State.
