Sudan: Yida Population Statistics as of March 3

Weekly registration: 25 Feb-3 Mar.-2013

1. During the current week (25 Feb -3 Mar.) 940 individuals have been registered;

2. 35 out of 940 are newborns.

3. 58.83% of new arrivals are minors and 41.17% are above 18 years.

4. 50.11% are female, 49.89% are male;

5. Rejections: 4 individuals have been rejected for the following reasons:

• 0 recyclers;

• 4 active combatant;

• 0 back and forth / visitors;

• 0 not of concern (Darfurians coming straight from Darfur);

• 0 conflicting information.

1. Tranfers:

• No transfers were done.

1. Majority of new arrivals come from Umdoreen and Heban county followed by Al Boram.

INACTIVATION/RE-ACTIVATION:

• 27 individuals were inactivated because they were found to be registered in Yei .

• 5 vulnerable individuals have been re-activated this week.
